Boba (Bubble Tea)

Ingredients (enough for approximately 20-25 glasses)

        Tonson Mung Bean Starch 1/2 Tablespoon
        Tonson Tapioca Starch 400 grams
        Brown Sugar 1 Cup
        Water 1 Cup
1. Mix the two types of flour and divide into 6 equal portions.
2. Take one portion and mix it with 1 cup of water
3. Bring the mixture from Step 2 to medium heat until it begins to boil. From there, add in brown sugar and keep stirring until boils and dough becomes dissolve.  
4. Take the cooked dough while still warm and knead it with the dry dough with a machine or by hand until the mixture mix well together.
5. Press the dough into a sheet with a width of 0.5 cm and cut into small squares (1 x 1 cm). From there, roll them into small balls or put them into a machine to make boba balls.
6. Take boba balls you have prepared and boil them for 30-45 minutes or until you notice that they are cooked and look clear. (using 5 portions of water to at least 1 portion of boba balls)
7. Once to use in drink, rinse the boba balls in a cold water and then fermented with brown sugar or syrup before adding to a cold beverage.
